Through its contract with Republic Waste Services, the Evansville Water & Sewer Utility will offer fall leaves pick-up service on the same day as trash pick-up for a period of eight weeks beginning Monday, Oct. 21, through Friday, Dec. 13, 2013.

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE)- Monday night's meeting sees more controversy surrounding a consultant hired by the Evansville City Council.
14 News obtained a document written by that consultant that some say could jeopardize the city's financial future.
This is not the first time consultant, David Garrett, has come under fire. One city official tells 14 News that his office found mistakes on every page of Garrett's 12 page report, a report that's now in the hands of state officials.
Evansville Police are trying to locate the suspect in an armed robbery that happened in the 700 block of Bayard Park.
Investigators believe 22-year-old Alordo Bell robbed Aaron Lohden on August 22. Lohden reported the robbery on August 28. Lohden said he was visiting a friend at 718 Bayard Park Dr when a masked gunman came in a robbed him of $8,000. Lohden said he knew Bell prior to the robbbery and identified him as the suspect.
Bell is a former standout running back at Reitz High School.
