EPD investigating report of suspicious man near school | News

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE)- Evansville Police are investigating a report of a suspicious man that was seen near Glenwood Leadership Academy Monday morning.

Three students told officers they were walking to school together when a white male in a black full size pick-up truck approached them near the intersection of Riverside and Elliot around 7:25.

The driver, who they thought was 20-30 years old, asked them if they wanted money or a ride to school.

They told him "no" and walked away. The driver followed them until they arrived at a friends' address.

The driver left the area when an adult came out of the home.

The driver was wearing a dark sock hat, dark shirt or jacket, and was clean shaven.
