Regional artists to be featured in annual juried exhibition

For the 18th consecutive year, regional artists will participate in a juried exhibition entitled WORKING TOGETHER at the Evansville Museum of Arts, History and Sciences.

The July 31 – September 18 Old Gallery exhibition is presented in cooperation with the Arts Council of Southwestern Indiana.

New exhibition at museum features historic hotels

The Evansville Museum and the Dunn Hospitality Group are presenting a new exhibition.

Welcome Traveler: A History of Evansville's Early Hotels will be at the museum from now through October 23. 

The exhibit gives an overview of the hotels and establishments that have operated in Evansville from the mid-19th century though the mid-20th century.  The focus will is on well-known hotels such as the Washington House, Sonntag, St.

The artistic talents of denizens of Jacobsville and surrounding neighborhoods comes front and center at a Main Street business on Saturday June 25.

The first Abbey Road Coffee Bean Emporium Neighborhood Art Expo will highlight the work of painters, etchers, photographers, sketchers, and other art forms.

The show is on from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
